Now here is something we have not done on the BBQ / Braai for a long time.... pork crackling ... sorry to anyone does not eat pork ....Pop the pork roast onto the Ultimate Convector Grill.
Cook for a short period, remove and cut off the outer skin and slice the removed skin, rub with salt and return to the BBQ on a tray or piece of foil. Click the link below the picture to see more versions of these ... |
